The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has announced an extension for the corporate tax return filing deadline. Businesses incorporated, established, or recognized on or after June 1, 2023, now have until December 31, 2024, to file their tax returns and settle their corporate taxes for tax periods ending on or before February 29, 2024.
This extension follows a circular memo approved by the FTA’s Board of Directors, aimed at providing businesses with additional time to ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations and meet their filing obligations.
